Drywalls are frequent finishes used in the interior of homes whether in New York, or different cities in the U.S. No modern residence might ever have been constructed without it. For holes larger than 6 inches, you may create a drywall patch with a unique attachment method for the repair.
Smoothing out the sides of the drywall compound flush with the surface of the wall is named feathering. Measure the hole then lower a scrap piece of drywall that is slightly bigger than the opening’s diameter. Lastly, cover the screw head and fill the nail gap with three coats of joint compound.
The place several screws are placed in a row, spot-patch every with compound and canopy them with a strip of fiberglass tape as described in the steps above (picture three).
